The rules of engagement for Go Get Cards.

Order Limits & Right to Cancel

To ensure a fair market for all collectors, Go Get Cards strictly enforces purchase limits on highly allocated items. We actively monitor orders for bot activity, duplicate addresses, and circumvention of quantity limits.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time without prior notice. If an order is canceled due to suspected botting, limit-bypassing, or fraudulent activity, a full refund will be issued, but the customer may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Market Fluctuations & Pricing

The Trading Card Game market is highly volatile. Prices for sealed products may rise or fall between the time a pre-order is placed and the official release date. By completing a purchase, you agree to the price listed at checkout. We do not offer partial refunds if the market price drops, nor will we ever ask you for more money if the market price spikes.

Fulfillment & Distributor Delays

While we guarantee our allocations, we are ultimately subject to the shipping schedules of official manufacturers and global distributors. In the rare event of a widespread manufacturer delay, allocation cut, or logistical holdup outside of our control, we will notify affected customers immediately. If a manufacturer entirely cancels a product run, full refunds will be issued.
