Response Times

We operate with a collector-first mindset and aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours. During major TCG release weeks, response times may be slightly delayed as our warehouse team prioritizes getting pre-orders packed and shipped safely.

Checking on a Pre-Order?

Before sending an email, please remember that pre-orders are strictly dispatched 1 to 4 business days after the official manufacturer release date. If the product has not officially been released yet, your order is secured and resting safely in our queue!
