Q: Are your pre-order allocations guaranteed?
Yes. Unlike some big-box retailers that oversell their inventory, we never list a product for pre-order until we have legally secured the allocation through our authorized retail and wholesale partners. When you purchase a pre-order from Go Get Cards, that specific box is reserved entirely for you.
Q: When will my pre-order actually ship?
Because we secure our inventory globally to get you the best price, our stock typically arrives at our fulfillment center on or slightly after the official manufacturer release date. Therefore, pre-orders are guaranteed to ship within 1 to 4 business days following the official street date of the product.
Q: Do you charge my card immediately for a pre-order?
Yes. To successfully secure and lock in your allocation at the listed price, payment is captured in full at the time of checkout. This allows us to finalize our bulk orders and ensures your product is fully paid for and ready to ship the moment it hits our warehouse.
Q: What happens if I order in-stock items with pre-order items?
If your cart contains a mix of immediately available items and future pre-order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives so they can ship together in one package. If you want your in-stock items right away, please place two separate orders.
