Pre-Order Timelines

All pre-order items are shipped based on the manufacturer's official street release date. We process and dispatch pre-orders within 1 to 4 business days following the official release date. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is printed, but please note that the tracking status will not update until the courier physically scans the package post-release.

Collector-Grade Packaging

We understand that the condition of a sealed box is just as important as the cards inside. Every order, whether it is a single Elite Trainer Box or a bulk case, is shipped using heavy-duty double-corrugated transit boxes. We utilize ample bubble wrap and void-fill to ensure your items do not shift or suffer corner-crushing during transit.

Mixed Cart Orders

If your order contains both "In-Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item arrives at our facility. If you wish to receive your in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders at checkout.
