All Sales Final on Sealed Product
To ensure the absolute integrity of our inventory and guarantee that our customers never receive tampered, weighed, or mapped products, all sales on sealed Trading Card Game products are strictly final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, loose booster packs, or pre-constructed decks once the order has been shipped. No exceptions will be made.
Pre-Order Cancellations
When you place a pre-order, we immediately commit those funds to our distributors to lock in your exact allocation. Because of this, pre-order cancellations are generally not permitted. If you require an emergency cancellation, you must contact support within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations approved after 24 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking and allocation fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that has suffered severe damage during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear, unedited photographs of the damaged shipping box and the sealed product inside. Do not break the factory seal of the product. If the factory shrink-wrap is opened, torn, or removed, we cannot offer any compensation or replacement, regardless of internal damage.
